Terms and Conditions

Bookings

All bookings will be accepted once deposit has been taken. Kusubana requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially book a wedding or event.

Payments

Payments of any sum can be made to Kusubana Creative Floral Designs at anytime between booking and (1) one month prior to the wedding date, when full and final payment is required. Kusubana does not accept payments after the date of wedding. In case final payments have not been made, Kusubana Creative Floral Designs reserve the right to fill order to the value that has been paid. We also reserve the right to fill the order at our own discretion.

Changes

Any changes can be made to an order up until (1) month prior to the wedding date. Any additions of flowers must pay 50% non-refundable deposit at time of adding. Absolutely no changes can be made within (1) month of wedding date. Bookings may be transferable at Kusubana's discretion.

Availability & Variations

Kusubana will do it's absolute best to supply exactly what has been ordered, how ever, we can not guarantee availability of exact colours or shade. Flowers are a product of nature and weather, seasonal availability affect some flowers. Should we need to substitute any flowers for you, Kusubana will select the next most appropriate thing. If this occurs we will contact you immediately to inform you of any changes.

Delivery

First delivery is free with all basic packages (within Sydney Metro). Customers will be unable to pickup delivery's. Any additional delivery's will be $50 plus GST. Should the customer provide us with the wrong address or if no one is available to take the delivery, re-delivery charges will apply. Kusubana will not be responsible for any damages done to goods after delivery.

Hire

The hire of any vases, urns, candelabras, stands or other equipment are the responsibility of the customer, and must be returned no later then (2) two days after the wedding date. An additional hire fee maybe incurred. Customers are responsible to pay full cost for all damages and breakage's including theft.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, Kusubana Creative Floral designs reserves the right to retain deposit. Kusubana will only refund money at its own discretion.

Photos or Artwork

All photos taken by Kusubana, remain the property of Kusubana. Photo or artwork belonging to Kusubana may not be reproduced by any client or another party, without the written permission. All photos provided to us by clients will only be used as permitted by the client. No photos will be used for our website without your permission.

Damaged goods

kusubana creative floral designs does not accept responsibility of perishable goods being damaged, due to wheather conditions or poor handling after a delivery has been made. Kusubana reserves the right to inspect all damged goods within a reasonable time frame before a product is replaced or a refund if, any is given.
